1. Wire cutting is the process of cutting metal wires to the required dimensions per the technical specifications. Some automatic crimping machines can perform both wire cutting and crimping simultaneously, such as Komax's C551 and Japan's Kumax 555;

2. Terminal crimping involves using small crimping machines to attach the cut wires to terminals (welding is rarely used nowadays). Sometimes multiple wires can be crimped onto a single terminal;

3. Assembly: The crimped wires are assembled according to the assembly process requirements, which involves inserting terminals into connectors.

4. Assemble the sub-assemblies onto the drawing board according to the circuit direction (secured with tape or tension straps, i.e., wiring harness)

5. For loop detection, conduct a continuity test on dedicated loop detection equipment according to the preset loop direction (no-load, without affecting the functionality of the wiring harness).

6. Visual inspection: Visually check whether the appearance components meet the standards and whether any accessories are missing.
